"And he had a vision too. You know the definition of a 'Visionary' is 'Somebody with inner vision not supported by external facts'. He had those ideas without much to back them up. Except that he BELIEVED in them"

See, I have written this song called "The Grok Rock", along with a whole heap of others including "Nursery Rhymes" which will be on the radio waves purty soon, and "Mad Like Your Dad" which.....weeelll.....she 'rocks'....big time. I was writing a bit of stuff for my new book "Our Decomposed Bodies Are Dancing" and I knew I had some stuff about my songs in the 45 billion exercise books I have hand written notes in. In my first book, written over 3 years ago, I was talking about how frustrated I was getting with the ra-ra's, you know, the motivational speakers that charge a fortune for their 'knowledge' and motivational expertise. Now don't get me wrong some of the books were helpful but the majority is what I call "skim it, bin it" stuff. Because I knew where I was going with my story I created a 'VISION' for my own Seminars. I actually have a file on my USB called "A Significant Event'. Way back then I was preparing to help people like me, but I knew I would want to do it right. I will do these "Significant Events" when I have got to DotsHQ. The events will basically be telling my story from rock bottom, but I will have the credibility because by then you will have watched me re-invent, or comeback from the brink, if you like. But it's funny that I had not even created any songs at that stage but I had in the 'Significant Event' program 'ENTERTAINMENT' (MY songs to be written and performed). Now I am not telling you this to big note because at this point in time I haven't anything really to big note about. But I have written a lot of VEEERY good songs, I AM going to sing on them when I have never performed before and it will be very successful and well worth telling you about at 'The Event'.
So, as you can see I was CREATING this VISION actually before hitting Devil's Dip. And I have said all along the beauty of what I am doing, although challenging nearly every single day, is that I am telling you the whole way through the JOURNEY what I am doing BEFORE I do it. Cooool, huh?

Now to The Grok Rock, the song I have written. In my new book I talk about what is required to get where I am ( weeell more to the point where I WILL be!) and I mention Steve Jobs. In one of the books I was reading he was quoted talking about 'groking' this and 'groking' that. So I investigated. GROK is a term used by Robert A Heinlein, in his 1964 sci-fi book, "Stranger In A Strange Land". If you Google Wiki to "GROK" means 'to intimately and completely share the same reality or line of thinking with another physical or conceptual entity'. What it Reeeeely means is to BECOME ONE WITH IT. To "GROK" it, in Steve Jobs world meant to know something by becoming one with it. Now relate that to the amazing products he produced and his capacity to innovate.
Yep, he 'groked' it to the max!
Anyway I reeely, reeely, reeely don't want to be a Rock Star at this point in my life, but I do want to perform "The Grok Rock" at my 'Significant Event" seminars. And hopefully you will be there and remember........So..
D'ya GROK IT.....then leeeeet's.....
.........ROCK IT!
